The AI Workspace Install is four weeks. Week one is your Opportunity Map. By the end you have the first layer of your own AI workspace on accounts you own, one working workflow, and a 90-day roadmap. You own what we build. We share the price on the call.
How the four weeks run
- Week one: your Opportunity Map. A 45-minute walk-through of your recurring tasks, scored to show what to build first.
- Weeks two and three: we build the first layer of your workspace and your first workflow, on accounts you own.
- Week four: handover and readout. We go through what we built, what it does, and what comes next.

Week one
The Opportunity Map
A 45-minute walk-through of your recurring tasks, scored to show what to build first.
What happens
We go through your week together, online or in person, and list the jobs that repeat. Each one is scored for how well AI can help and how much it is worth to you.
What you get
- An interactive app showing every task and its score
- A PDF you can keep and share
- A clear order for what to build first
Inside the Install, the Map is week one. If you want the diagnostic on its own first, ask on the call. If you go on to the build, the Map fee comes off it.

After week four
The AI Care Plan
At the week-four readout we recommend an AI Care Plan if ongoing support makes sense. It is offered then, never before.
Some workspaces need little after handover. Others do better with someone keeping an eye on them, fixing what breaks and adding the next workflow. If that is you, we say so at the readout and you decide. If it is not, you keep everything we built.
